Please fill out the application if you would like to be a vendor at the 2024/25 Omaha Winter Market!
Filling this application out does not guarantee you a spot in the market. Please be sure to use a valid e-mail and check for updates on your status.  The vendor spots will fill up and only vendors that make a prompt payment will be guaranteed their spot.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Market Dates & Times:

2nd and 4th Sundays of every month from 11 AM - 3 PM at Nebraska Brewing Company
‍March 9th
‍March 23rd
‍April 13th
‍April 27th
‍2nd and 4th Saturdays from 11 AM - 3 PM at The Fowling Warehouse
‍March 8th
‍March 22nd
Vendor Fee: $40 per event - must be paid to secure your spot
Load In begins at 9 AM and all vendors must be ready to sell by 10:45
All Vendors must have branding for their booth and display pricing (Signage, table cloths, etc)
Booth size may vary since we are indoors and space is limited, average size is 10x8 with 10' of frontage
All vendors are required to provide their own table, chairs and merchandising equipment
Power will only be provided by special request - limited availability
WiFi is available to all vendors
All Vendors must comply with Douglas County and Sarpy County Healh Codes
All Vendors must comply with Nebraska Department of Revenue sales tax regulations

Please provide us with the most accurate depiction of your booth, this is what we use to map out the event.  We are prioritizing applications for vendors that have booths with great branding, make sure you stand out!
